This review is from: Antec GX GX 700 Black and military green Steel ATX Mid Tower Case
Pros: Most owners of this case, like me, got it because of its expensive looking styling on a good budget, and it's a welcome difference in color scheme from all the cases that look like transformers. For the most part, the build quality is great, very sturdy, and roomy enough inside with enough cable management to have a very solid, neat build.
Cons: 3 things come to mind. First is that the top optical drive bay can't be occupied by a drive because of the wiring for the top USB and audio ports. This means any optical drive will have to be installed in the second bay down.
Next, the hard disk mounts, while very easy to snap in and out of the case, are kind of hard to get hard drives in and out of without breaking them, and one has broken for me already.
Finally, this case comes with a good number of fans, especially the 140mm fans at the top for cooling. Unfortunately, these fans started to make a rattling noise after a few months. They're mounted in a way that the fan part is hanging down from the electric motor it's mounted to, and there's just enough play there for the fan to make a rattling noise when you walk across the room, and sometimes just start rattling all on their own. In the end, I'm really going to have to replace them.
Other Thoughts: Though the faults are a little annoying, if you like the look of this case, get it. Fans are replaceable, and it's solidly built.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Installed, and was able to clock it up to 2133 mhz as advertised after setting the listed timings and voltage (11-11-11-31, 1.65V).
Has been running stably for about a week now, and have been running some pretty demanding tasks. I see no problems on the horizon with it so far.
Other Thoughts: Team ram is not as well known as most others, but searching around the internet I've mostly found that people have good things to say about it.READ FULL REVIEW
