This review is from: PCM Powercom KING RM KIN-2200APRM 2200 VA 6 Outlets UPS
Pros: Supported by nut on Linux via serial port + USB.
Cons: The battery provided did not last 2 year. But with good replacement battery, last longer.
Other Thoughts: While this Brad is not well known in Canada or USA, it seams they are building good enough product. I have two of them for more then 3 year. It never failed on me. Switching to batteries or online is working very well. The only bad point is the provided battery. It losing their charge after a year. So plan to buy new battery.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The hardward seams to be excellent and durable, but I still plan to buy a cover for it. I bought it to connect to Koodo network (Bell Canada Network). I have very good reception. The quality of phone call is ok.
Cons: Compare to LG G4, the camera is not very good.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This chassis is perfectly build. It's build like a tank. It's really solid. The rail system is very easy to install. I didn't encounter any problem to install this chassis in our rack. The air flow seams seams ok. I didn't install the rear FANs.
Cons: The redundant power supply deliver with the chassis are fare from perfect. First, it's too loud. My Shopvac (it's a huge vacuum cleaner) make less noise. It's not possible to control the FAN speed in anyway. The only solution is to replace them. For this reason I'm removing an egg. I replaced them by two PWS-920P-SQ. According to Supermicro support, SQ mean Super Quiet. I must agree it's supper quite but it's also super expensive !
Also, take note, the powersupply once plugged are always running (in standby mode).
Other Thoughts: In the end, I'm satisfy by the chassis, but I don't understand why it is shipped with this old powersupply.READ FULL REVIEW
