Pros: UEFI interface easy to use, though the Live Update function sucks, ended up flashing the updated bios manually through M-Flash, which worked well. Built in Winki browser was also useful before I installed Windows 8.

Cons: Basically I planned to run two Gt-545s in sli on this motherboard. However my computer only detected the card in the top PCIe slot on the motherboard. I soon figured out that, though the graphics card in the bottom slot was not detected, if I took the bottom card out of its slot, the top card would no longer be detected either. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Nvidia drivers, even booted into safe mode and used DriverSweeper to make sure the drivers were gone. I’ve also tried switching the cards around, having them connected with and without the SLI bridge, and using the GT-440 from my old setup on its own and with a GT-545. I flashed the latest BIOS (1.B) to the motherboard, and all other drivers are up to date, but the problem remains the same. Interestingly if I unplug the bottom card from the power supply (the fan stops working and the card appears to be off), but leave it connected to the motherboard, the top card still works.
