Pros: None

Cons: I have worked on computers for well over 20 years, and never before have I had such issues with a brand new system! This motherboard came with a bundle. This bundle contained the bare minimum for getting a working computer up and running. Motherboard, processor, hdd, power supply, RAM, and a case to put it all in. When everything was said and done the motherboard had it's internal video card disabled! You notice that I did not have a video card in that list of products that Newegg told me were all compatible. So why, WHY was I sent a motherboard that was asking me for a video card on a bundle that did not include a video card?! I had to have one of my employees go home in the middle of a work day and bring me back their personal video card to get past this issue, as resetting the BIOS seemed to do nothing for me. Once I actually managed to get the video working on this system it was off to face the next muck up on this little trip. Once I got logged in, my system froze. Reboot, freeze again. So not only was I told to buy a faulty motherboard from Newegg, but the hdd that went with it appeared to be faulty as well. I have had it with Newegg, all of their products give me nothing but trouble.

Pros: Quick shipping, and low cost

Cons: System was only operational for a day. Not even 24hrs before it died on me. HDD crashed, which lead to me spending hours on the phone trying to get the issue settled. Even so I will end up with a refurbished system to take the place of this new system.

Overall Review: When I contacted the manufacturer I was told that I would need to pay for return shipping, as well as any return shipping in the future. With no mention of a refund for said shipping. Be cautious if you need a working computer now. Because I am also sitting on a 5-7 BUSINESS from the day of receipt turn over to get the tower shipped back out to me. Which means I will be at half capacity until then because I was sent a faulty HDD that I am being forced to repair, instead of replace.
