This review is from: TRENDnet TEW-711BR N150 Wireless Home Router IEEE 802.11b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u, IEEE 802.3az

Pros: None

Cons: I give up. I cannot connect to the internet wirelessly. Glad I'm only throwing $25 in the trash.

Pros: Windows 7 loads nice and quick and is user friendly, HDMI output, and personally I like the touchpad. I know others don't but I haven't had any issues with it once I figured the multitouch function. Separate graphics, 4GB RAM and decent size hard drive at an affordable price. Nice screen for movies, much less black bar at the top and bottom as my Toshiba with a 15.4" screen.

Cons: The fan seems to run all the time.
The volume buttons have to be pressed continually to raise or lower the volume, you can't just hold them down.
I like that it has a lid latch but I don't like that the slide is not on the lid. It's also "sticky" and actually squeaks when operated.
No Bluetooth built in but that's pretty impossible to find in this price range.

Other Thoughts: The 10 key is handy for light entry but if you were a serious number cruncher you'd probably want to attach a regular keyboard.
I bought this to replace "top of the line" but three years old Toshiba laptop and am finding this "budget" laptop to be very adequate for everything I've thrown at it short of serious gaming.
