one equals two
Pros: What's not to like. Sapphire has done it again. This card gives me performance equal to two cards in X-fire in my other computer. Great color...games don't lag...handles everything I throw at it.
Cons: No cons. Very long card but it fit in my Antec 300 case with no problems.
Overall Review: I have used nothing but Sapphire cards for several years. I have never been dissappointed. By spending a bit more on one card, I eliminated the need for two cards in crossfire. Less heat. Less power consumption. I was advised years ago to do price shopping on other components but to buy the best video card I could afford. Was sound advice then and is sound advice now.
Say what?
Pros: none...it either works or it doesn't
Cons: After completeing the required fields, the web site gave me the message that all required fields were okay. Them when I asked for the code that would allow me to install the software, I got the message that there was a problem and I should contact customer service. Customer service turned out to be a version of FAQs...in other words, try to find an item that would fix your problem. I never got a response from a person nor did I get an automated response that addressed my problem. For years, AVG has been my go to Anti-Virus program. I always went with AVG free and never had a problem. Now I buy it so as to support the program and they send me stuff that I can't install.
Sapphire FTW
Pros: Short enough to fit in my case, Runs quiet and stays cool. Great graphics. No hesitations. I used to think that 256 transfer was not enough. This card proves that wrong. 8 gigs of memory is enough for anything I have done. I play an online MMORPG. When large groups gather, lag can be a problem, Not with this card. No lag.
Cons: The only con is I should have bought this card sooner.
Overall Review: I love Sapphire. I had a different brand. Big problems. I should have stayed with Sapphire. And I will stay with Sapphire from now on. Surprisingly low cost for such a good card.
Oh, Well
Pros: These fans move a lot of air.
Cons: Some reviews have said how quiet these fans are. I replaced 5 year old case fans that were starting to make too much noise. Guess what... The new fans make just as much noise as the old fans they replaced.
Overall Review: The noise level is such that I can live with it. But, I would have preferred less noise. It's kind of a guessing game when buying fans. Even high priced fans sometimes have high noise levels. As the title says...Oh, Well...
High air flow
Pros: Great design. Moves a lot of air.
Cons: Just as noisy as the 5 year old case fans I replaced...But not a deal breaker.
Overall Review: I would have preferred less noise but am happy with the air flow.
You gotta love AMD...
Pros: I have been using AMD for several years. They never disappoint. Cut my boot time in half.
Cons: No Cons.
Overall Review: I replaced a Phenom II with this bad boy. Major difference. I love the way AMD keeps improving their CPUs even when the current ones are still going strong. Number two better start trying harder.
