Pros: The case should have had a sata/power cable for the external 3.5in. drive bay, as listed. It did not. Newegg reimbursed the cost of the cable after they were made aware that the product image had the cable installed and it was not. I would upgrade the rating for the product only because of Newegg and the top notch customer service they provide. However, as I stated in my initial review, I would update my rating based on DIYPC and their response. So I downgrade them from four to two stars. I hate false advertising.
Cons: DIYPC took no responsibility for a simple missing cable. They did recommend one that I could purchase. Seems to me that their company would recognize that without customers they have no company. I don't recommend this or any of their cases because of this poor customer relation experience.
Other Thoughts: Five stars for Newegg!!
Zero stars for DIYPC....
Pros: Great case for the price with plenty of cooling options. The drive trays are cheaply built plastic but do the job okay. The exterior finish is good with no obvious issues. The removable filter cover the top case fans is a nice addition. Fan controls work well.
Cons: The "External 3.5in. Drive Bays x 1" listed in the item description and clearly present in the image, does not exist. It is a hole covered by a rather nice rubber stopper. A bit of thought went into the rubber hole stopper and appears to be ready to receive a sata/power connection for receiving a drive externally. But without this connector installed by the manufacturer; this is just a fancy tray for holding your keys. It is not an exterior drive bay until the connector is installed. I have email DIYPC for a response and am waiting.
Other Thoughts: Minus one egg for the false advertising of the external drive bay and misleading image which was the principle reason I purchased this case. If this can be resolved by Newegg or DIYPC, I may change my rating and update the review.READ FULL REVIEW
