Good Drive
Pros: Nice speed up from a mechanical drive.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: This is a great drive, at a great price point. Finally a SSD at a price point for a "regular" user.
Pretty Nice
Pros: Decent build quality at a reasonable price. The built in fan speed control is actually pretty handy.
Cons: There are a couple of minor cons in this case made me give it a 4 instead of a 5. A couple of edges are a little on the sharp side. Not a big deal but they are there. I just put a piece of electrical tape over them. The top of the case overhangs the top 5.25 inch drive bay so it can get in the way when putting a disk into an optical drive. I just put the drive into the second slot from the top and it is not a problem. A small minus none the less. On the back of the case in between each of the expansion slots there is a small punch out of metal. I believe these are supposed to act as guides to help keep cards in place. The problem with this is that it keeps double slot video cards from seating fully into place. You will either have to force things a little bit which will bend the back of the case and/or the card plate a little, or as I did take a dremel tool to it and grind it off.
Overall Review: The only other thing I would like is to move the side mounted fan up a little so it is over the CPU area instead of the card slots. This is not really a con because I can see where some users may prefer the extra air flow by their video card(s).
Very Nice Motherboard
Pros: This board has everything that most users actually need. Very few people actually use SLI/Crossfire anyway so only one slot for a video card is not a problem for most users. Eight USB ports on the back with headers for another four on board should be plenty for also anyone.
Cons: The only con I can really think of is the lack of an eSATA port, but then I don't own any external eSATA drives.
Very Nice Upgrade
Pros: Good performance in a nice sized package. The heatsink and fan are very good and make for quiet operation.
Cons: The only real con is that prizes at the time I purchased are a little elevated due to the popularity and supply shortage. Even with this I still think is was worth the $10-$20 price premium.
SOlid Card
Pros: Runs nice and cool, even for a fanless card.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I have this card installed in two Shuttle ST20G5 small form factor cases and they fit with no problems and run at 70C or less when gaming. Good temps for this type of case setup.
