Pros: For the most part, has proven reliable. Intuitive interface, and 8 ports for under forty bucks is impressive.
Cons: Using the latest firmware, the "Ignore Ping from WAN" feature does not work. This is particularly disconcerting because script kiddies (crackers) who scan for responsive IP addresses will get a response from this router, even if you've configured it otherwise. It's a significant enough security issue to warrant an RMA.
Other Thoughts: I run a server with remote SSH access behind this router. I can't tolerate ping responses on the WAN port, as it makes the network a more attractive target for crackers. I purchased this router for use as a front-end device, and a critical feature doesn't work. I'm going to RMA it.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Silicon Power 32GB microSDHC Flash Card Model SP032GBSTH010V10-SP
Pros: Fits in a MicroSD slot.
Cons: First problem: extremely slow. I was lucky to maintain anything above 1.7MB/s write speed. This is absolutely NOT a class 10 device as advertised.
Second problem: Errors. Corrupt files were interfering with file transfers, and could not be deleted without reformatting the card. Being that it takes forever to write 20GB+, reformatting and copying all the files back multiple times was not an option.
Other Thoughts: I took a gamble with this brand. I wish I hadn't. the PNY card I bought worked perfectly. I will not be buying Silicon Power products again.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: PNY 16GB microSDHC Flash Card Model P-SDU16G10-GE
Pros: True class 10 speed.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I've only used it a little so far, but it FAR outshines the other brand I bought in the same order. It matches advertised specifications.READ FULL REVIEW
