5 out of 5 eggs great board for mining with 750 ti 04/13/2014

This review is from: BIOSTAR Hi-Fi H81S2 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Easy install and setup with Windows 8.1 Pro
Have 6 EVGA 750 Ti Cards running on it.

Cons: None that I have seen

Other Thoughts: This is a great Motherboard for mining. It was easy to setup and run. After you install cards, reboot and had no issues. I did not have to touch any BIOS settings.

DIYPC Ultimate Miner-V1 Open Air Bench Computer Case Rack for Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Feathercoin) GPU mining – PC components not included - Retail

Pros: Lots of space, clean nice look

Cons: Instructions could be better. You need to have some mechanical skills to put this rack together. Not really designed for short GPU's with powered risers. must use zip ties to keep gpu cards in place.

Other Thoughts: I bought this case for a Miner Rig that will be in my office. It took me 45 minutes to put it together. It looks good and works well. It is really designed for full sized GPU cards. There is not an easy way to deal with powered risers and mounting the shorter GPU cards. The powered riser is touching the frame, so make sure to put something to keep any static charge from the metal frame away from the powered riser. Also there is no way to screw the GPU board into the metal frame without drilling into the metal frame, so have zip ties available.
