This review is from: Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ USB 2.0 / Ethernet HD Media Player Only STCEA201-RK
Pros: Plays a lot videos, even RMVB!! Low energy cost, nice looking.
Cons: -The remote looks ugly.
-The sound may suddenly disappear when psometime a restart can fix.
-The cover for the Seagate FreeAgent Harddrives can not be totally closed when a hard drive is inside.
-Subtitle does not work nicely.
-May not be able to recognize the network sharing sometimes.
Other Thoughts: I listed a lot cons but they are not real cons to me as I do not expect that much for less than $50. To people having problem with the resolution, you can tweak this in the settings(my TV recognize it as 480p first, but 1080p after I did the settings) To another reviewer, the three cables for component video are all for video only.Component connection does not carry audio, you have to use the optical output or the analog output for your sound. To me, the HDMI carries both audio and video flawlessly. I did not tried any wireless adapter so no idea about that. Wish people happy with this item.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Delonghi EW7707CM 1500W ComforTemp Electric Oil-Filled Radiator Heater
Pros: Warms the room quickly and nicely. Almost zero noise. High Efficiency!
Cons: The so-called comfortemp function does not seem to work.
Other Thoughts: I think the comfortemp function is suppose to tweak the heating according to the temperature. However, during 8 hrs of usage, the watts number readout from the kill-a-watt seems to be stable.
Pushing the button to trigger the function on and off also does not seem to do anything special. Not sure if this function is defective or not.
Nonetheless, the thing really warms the space nicely and comfortably.
The min set is 700W, Med is 800W, MAX is 1480W. Min is already good to warm up my working space.
Some kind of liquid dropping noise can be heard when the machine is working. This is why I called it almost zero noise.
Overall a very good buy.
Pros: Overall really good PSU. Got it together with RC-690 considering the rebate, it was a steal.
Cons: 1st the 4Pin and 8Pin 12V are short. If you got your 12V port around the up part of the board and your PSU is at the bottom of the case, it is the connection will be a pain.
2nd I am not 100% sure, but looks like one of the four modular connector is not working well. I can still boot the board when I hook up my harddirve on the failure one but Vista cannot boot. Once I switch to another modular connector everything was smooth. Major reason to take one egg off.
Other Thoughts: Not sure if I should call Newegg and ask for a replacement. There is only one port that is not working and if I have to pay to ship the PSU back the deal was killed.READ FULL REVIEW
