Pros: This was great while it worked. I had previous model that worked for years but this one is now dead.
Cons: Stopped working after one monthREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Prints have nice looking lines - when it works.
Cons: This is my third HP plotter and will be my last. I was looking to replace my old plotter that I use for CAD. I was dumbfounded to find out that HP no longer sold a monochrome printer. It gets worse... A sales guy at HP told me that I could print without the color cartridges. This turned out not to be true. In fact, all the cartriges and printheads must be functional for the printer to opperate (even if you are just using black ink).
My new cartridges were going bad. HP told me that I had to keep it plugged in to keep the cartridges healthy. The problem is that this thing uses a bunch of energy when plugged in an not turned on!
It has no replot button on the plotter (past models did). When you want to replot, you must send it a new printing job from the pc.
Its noisy and makes annoying beeps.
Uses print heads (old models did not).
When it's finished printing it violently spits the paper out the floor.
Cartridges and print heads are expensive!

Pros: Easy installation. HD mobility. Looks cool.
Cons: My win 7 machine sees my drive (inside this rack) for an hour or so and then it disappears until I reboot. Windows Backup (while running backup to this drive) gives me an error that the "drive has been disconnected." I know it isn't my HD.READ FULL REVIEW
