Pros: I got it on sale for $120. Does its job on displaying content. Easy setup.
Cons: Colors are washed out. With the contrast ratio, 700:1, it doesn't look to good next to my Dell with contrast ratio 1000:1. I would have preferred spending $150 on a 22" with 1000:1 contrast than this, had I known the difference at the time of purchase. Oh well, really can't complain for a second monitor and a cheap price.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: I don't own this drive, just responding to a person who was having problems.
Cons: Newegg won't let you reply... I had to rate it, even though I don't own it.

1 out of 5 eggssata drive not show up
Pros: fast delivery as always
Cons: I use this 1tb drive for data storage in an old dell dimension 9200 desktop which has two SATA drives installed. I connected the power and data cable and turned on the additional SATA in bios. Immediately after computer start up, new hardware is detected, however, i can't find the drive from my computer list. Then I remove the secondary sata from the connection and use its cables to connect this 1tb sataIII, still it does not show up in the list. anything wrong???
This is a bare drive, I am not sure, but I think you have to add a partition before you can format it. I had an old Linux drive that was formatted in an unsupported Linux format, what I did was use windows install disk and booted from cd, and deleted then added partition, and and formatted it. You probably don't have to format it in the windows setup, you should be able to wait till you in windows. Hop this helped!
