CORSAIR CX Series CX600 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE Active PFC ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: None

Cons: CPU fan cable too short, so I can't run it through the back of the case.

Other Thoughts: I just finished building a new computer and when I press the power button I will see all the fans spin and the power LED light up and then stop immediately after. I can press the power button again after this and get no response. If I unplug the power cable or flip the switch on the power supply it will do this again. After running a certain test involving a paper clip I can confirm that the problem is indeed the power supply.

Won't be purchasing another Corsair PSU

2 out of 5 eggs Causes PC to blue-screen and restart 03/31/2012

This review is from: XFX Radeon HD 4670 DirectX 10.1 HD467XZDFR 1GB 128-Bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Decent performance

Cons: I have a 550w power supply, and while playing certain graphically extensive games and occasionally even while web browsing my monitor will turn black for a few seconds and my computer will restart. I've even blue-screened on some occasions.
