Pros: This PSU is rock solid. Quiet, stable, well-built. After having inferior power supplies wreck previous computers, the reliability and accuracy of this unit is worth every penny.
Cons: I guess the relatively high cost of these units could be considered a con by parsimonious shoppers, but I don't think this is an overpriced unit... buy cheap, buy twice.
Pros: Inexpensive, functional as a data storage/retrieval drive.
Cons: Does not buffer media adequately. I was never able to play DVD media or music directly from disc without major lagging and sound/image sync issues. A new, higher quality drive fixed these problems!
Overall Review: Note that my Pro is pretty tongue-in-cheek. When was the last time you thought "Gee, I'd better back up this spreadsheet on a CD!"
Fantastic!
Pros: Extremely secure mounts, very nicely engineered. Almost silent, but keeping a 125w chip at a cozy 36 degrees. Looks beautiful. I have never handled a computer component that not only looked good, but felt engineered and built for quality and not glitz.
Cons: Does not do the dishes.
Overall Review: You're going to need low-profile RAM, so if you're in to the flashy heat spreaders this is not for you. Make the right choice-- ditch the stupid DIMMs.
Sleek, quiet, powerful.
Pros: These just look great. They are quiet and reliable.
Cons: These are slightly louder than the high-end Corsair non-PWM case fans. Gorgeous fans from a company that makes everything matte black, and they've got standard chrome mounting screws.
NEED NEGATIVE EGGS
If I could, I would give this seller 0 eggs. Since that is an option I will say that they advertise products *They do not sell* send other items instead, give fake tracking info, lie, and generally put about as much thought into their customer service messages as I would into the prose on a bottle of laxatives. If an infinite number of monkeys with typewriters given an infinite amount of time could produce the complete works of Shakespeare, the entire business model, sales, and customer service of Geekzilla could be created by 10 monkeys in about 5 minutes. Do not buy from this seller.
