Pros: Purchased to upgrade the horrible drive they put in the 2012 macbook pro's, this thing made a huge difference in load times, Maverick's boots up literally in half the time. It also loads app's in half the time. If your looking for an excellent affordable ssd for your macbook or any computer buy this little gem!

Pros: I have had this computer for over 3 years now using it heavily at work. I work in the oilfield as an mwd hand and this has been the main work horse for all of the job data for the past 3 years. You could say it has been rode hard and put away wet! I have upgraded the internal hd to a samsung 256 pro and upgraded the ram with Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1333 this has been an excellent computer.
Cons: Keyboard touches the screen when lid is closed, screen has some scratches from it over the years. If I bought another one I would make sure to get a keyboard cover for transport. Battery life sucks, speakers really aren't that great for being harmon kardonREAD FULL REVIEW
