Good PSU
Pros: Good power supply. Quiet, efficient, sufficient for my needs. Exactly what a PSU should be.
Cons: The AC cord in the back falls out extremely easily. Not sure if this is an issue with the PSU or just the cord, however be very careful if you move your tower (for example, tilt it to adjust other cables). Took off one egg for this.
one dud slot, otherwise great
Pros: Able to torque well without breaking, easy to work with, excellent USB 3.0 ports. Does everything a mobo should, except the cons below.
Cons: Major: The primary GPU slot is dysfunctional. I ended up RMAing the video card and it took a while to figure out where the problem was in the system. The secondary slot is good enough for my 7870 so I didn't RMA it, however it would be a serious issue for a high end card or if I were looking to use two GPU. Minor: The metal piece that goes over the input/output devices at the back of the case did not fit well over the parts and required bending. Overall no reduction in functionality, but irritating.
Love it
Pros: Quiet, lots of room, easy wire management, window to peer inside at the magic.
Cons: Only con is my headphones have trouble with the case. Fairly new, and never had issues with previous computer. Things settle with some fiddling. Really like the case, so not enough to take off an egg.
Excellent SSD, good price
Pros: Great price for 180 gig SSD. I've had no issues with the drive so far.
Cons: Might be a better idea to get a 120 gig or even 80 gig SSD for the OS and game of the week, then keep everything else on HDD. I didn't get a HDD so I am limited to 180gig. Fortunately I have enough external drives it won't be an issue.
Does what I want
Pros: - 16 gigs of RAM - All four sticks worked - RAM won't limit my computer - Only $12 more than 2 x 4gig
Cons: No one needs 16 gigs of RAM unless they are video editing.
Overall Review: I purchased 4 x 4 gig because I heard CORSAIR has a high fail rate for RAM, and it was cheap enough to buy the extra two sticks I didn't want to be hassled with RMA later. The sticks worked, but the company reputation knocks off an egg.
cheap and functional
Pros: - Under $10 - It works
Cons: - Types "loudly"
Overall Review: I might replace it at some point with a fancier keyboard, but for now it does everything I want without issue. You can't go wrong with it, since if you don't like it you are out less than $10.
