Pros: For the price (640 when I picked it up from NE) its a very amazing TV. 3D is as easy as putting a movie into the player and it auto launches. Display is pretty sharp for every BD I play (Tron, Pirates of Car, Avatar...) and the 3D glasses are PASSIVE, which for me is a huge plus. No expensive replacements or batteries to constantly change. If you have kids, do you really want them toying around with the other ones when their friends come over. Plus replacements are free from local theaters... so you can just take the normal black glasses and add to your collection.
Cons: TV likes to act up sometimes, I find that if I'm on the same channel for a few hours (on in the background while I cook, clean, work) it will lock up and the remote becomes unresponsive. Scrolling through Netflix SUCKS! I just use the PS3 or BD player instead. Also, streaming movies though the wireless on the TV has less quality than on another device connected via HDMI. But at this point it may not matter since everything you buy with a resister is Netflix enabled. Oh, and the stand that it sits on is a little loose. I'm REALLY careful when it comes to assembling things but its stand seemed to prove a challenge while constructing (cheap screws lead to stripped threads). Also doesn't rotate on its stand, you have to lift the TV to turn it... kind of annoying if you're moving around the room and can't just nudge the side to turn in your direction.
Other Thoughts: All in all, for a TV under 700 its amazing. Wait till the price drops or invest a few more hundo for a Samsung or Sony. This TV replaced a 37" Samsung and sometimes I think about moving it back into the family room and out of the bedroom. NEEDS A FRIGGIN FIRMWARE UPDATE! If they just added something to dump system cache (because this thing IS like a PC thus the long boot up time) then it probably wouldn't "crash" and lock up like it does. In my opinion, wait for it to go on sale again.READ FULL REVIEW
