Gorgeous Rockin Mouse
Pros: With 17 input buttons on this mouse, you really can't go back to anything else. Even if you're not a gamer, it's functional for all computing services. The mouse design is great, but the software goes above and beyond. Built in (VERY easy to use) macro program, application learning (program the buttons to complete different functions depending on what application is open) without user interaction, and a training application to help build your muscle memory to utilize the mouse to it's fullest are just some of the options.
Cons: Your two left pointer finger buttons, (usually used for interweb browsing Forward and Backward, take a little more time to get used to. Right thumb 12 buttons a bit overwhelming at first. Push past the new uncomfortable feeling and in a couple of weeks, you're good to go. Especially if you use the trainer. Mouse is actually *too* sensitive in a lot of games, lol. UI is really easy to use to turn it down just right.
Overall Review: Overall, it's a great mouse. Grip feels good. Hand too big or too small? You Will get used to it, just give it a little time. I know Exactly what you're saying. The lighting on the mouse, is beautiful. Trivial, but they didn't have to build it that way, so thumbs on to the Dev team. As overwhelming as it is, (especially as an inexperienced gamer) not only does the product comes equipped with software designed for training you to use the mouse, there are even little stickers you can put on your buttons that help your thumbs learn the keys and rows.
Scammer Seller: They sell broken items and then refuse to replace/repair them.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The mouse doesn't work correctly and the seller refuses to replace, repair or refund.
Worst. Service. Ever.
Pros: If the board worked like it's supposed to, it would be great.
Cons: The board has issues. Worst, trying to get service is infuriating. My board is dead. Period. I call ASRock and they tell me I have to call newegg for an RMA. I call newegg. They say, nope. I call ASRock back. I tell them the story again, they tell (ready?) to Flash the Effen BIOS. Seriously. I try to explain in broken english since that's all they seem to speak that the GD board is effen DEAD. They want to troubleshoot. "turn it off and on", "unplug from wall", "remove CMOS battery", "remove each component one by one", "blow out dust", "replace components" (because it just CANT be the MB). I'm pretty mad at this point and tell them that I've already replaced the PSU and I'm not about to start RMAing eveything else. They tell me they're going to send me some form. I never get it. I call back and they've never heard of the service request number I have and they don't show in their records that I called them when they search using my name and info. EFF THIS PLACE.
Overall Review: Seriously. The board could be made of handjobs and pizza but when there's a problem with it, you're in for a serious surprise if you actually expect some support. I'm going to call AGAIN tomorrow and try to get this junk replaced. ASRock. Never again. When I replace this MB, I'm giving it away to someone I hate.
Great memory. Wait for newegg's discount if you can.
Pros: Honestly, the 1600 is all you need with this mid model. You don't notice the difference with the 1866. You Do notice the difference with the Sniper series though.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Great mid level memory that comes in black for a sweet looking build.
excellent cheap cooler-NOTE THE FAN DIRECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION-
Pros: This is not for OCing. This is for a standard run system. It's cheap and will hold two fans.
Cons: Don't be dumb like me. Make darned sure you have the fan(s) placed in the direction you want the air to flow. You do not want to fire your box up and realize, "dangit, wrong direction". Don't trust the arrows. Turn the bugger on and actually confirm the direction.
Overall Review: I dropped two fans on both sides. Works like a freakin charm.
Get one
Pros: Buy it. It's cheap and gives the length you'll need to ensure your ability to manage your cables for proper airflow.
Cons: none
Overall Review: You'd be surprised how much of a difference cable management does for looks, proper airflow and the maximization of dust reduction does.
