Pros: Was nice when I had a working one.

Cons: This is week Six of the RMA process.
ASUS shipped my RMA motherboard to a stranger in another state, then lied about it and accused me of lying about never receiving the motherboard. It wasn't until the stranger contacted ASUS (because some people are actually honest) and told them what happened, that ASUS finally owned up to it.
The stranger shipped the motherboard to me but it's not the right motherboard. ASUS didn't even send the right model. Calling support is a nightmare as well. Expect an hour wait and to be told to "call back in two hours" for support.
Have filed complaint with BBB, FTC and my state's attorney general per recommendation from ASUS forums. Guess this is pretty common. Next recommended step is small claims court. It shouldn't be this difficult to have your warranty honored.

Other Thoughts: From what I've read on ASUS forums and other reviews here on Newegg, this kind of horrid experience is common if you need support. Do not recommend.

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: If the board worked like it's supposed to, it would be great.

Cons: The board has issues. Worst, trying to get service is infuriating. My board is dead. Period. I call ASRock and they tell me I have to call newegg for an RMA. I call newegg. They say, nope. I call ASRock back. I tell them the story again, they tell (ready?) to Flash the Effen BIOS. Seriously. I try to explain in broken english since that's all they seem to speak that the GD board is effen DEAD. They want to troubleshoot. "turn it off and on", "unplug from wall", "remove CMOS battery", "remove each component one by one", "blow out dust", "replace components" (because it just CANT be the MB). I'm pretty mad at this point and tell them that I've already replaced the PSU and I'm not about to start RMAing eveything else. They tell me they're going to send me some form. I never get it. I call back and they've never heard of the service request number I have and they don't show in their records that I called them when they search using my name and info. EFF THIS PLACE.

Other Thoughts: Seriously. The board could be made of handjobs and pizza but when there's a problem with it, you're in for a serious surprise if you actually expect some support. I'm going to call AGAIN tomorrow and try to get this junk replaced. ASRock. Never again. When I replace this MB, I'm giving it away to someone I hate.

5 out of 5 eggs Great memory. Wait for newegg's discount if you can. 12/22/2011

This review is from: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR

Pros: Honestly, the 1600 is all you need with this mid model. You don't notice the difference with the 1866. You Do notice the difference with the Sniper series though.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Great mid level memory that comes in black for a sweet looking build.
