Macbook (intel) compatible
Pros: It works. It is more quiet than the original diks I replaced (and bigger).
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: I bought this as a replacement for the disk that came with my Macbook (intel), a 80GB Seagate, that died just 2 months after the warranty expired. Replacing it was easy (given right tools, T8 starshaped screwdriver), and the recovery disk formated it and installed Mac OS X without blinking.
Good enough
Comments: It works. The only thing is that it is noticeable a thin vertical stripe on printed pages where nothing is printed (ie if you want to print a broad horizontal line, you will notice a gap at some point). It is thin enough that it does not prevent from normal usage, but I would expect better from a brand new drum.
Reliable power supply
Pros: Gets the job done. Affordable. I had this one for over one year now (bought it as a replacement for the 350W that came with the tower that couldn't sustain the voltage), it has worked well all this time.
Cons: Noisy! As many people mentioned here, the fan can get really loud.
