Pros: None. It doesn't work for me. It doesn't work with the packaged drivers and it doesn't work with the drivers from Microsoft.
Cons: It is not functional.
Other Thoughts: I tried to be cheap and it didn't work out. I ordered a Microsoft Controller and receiver after this and that worked fine and within moments. Maybe this device will work, but I can't figure it out. I would advise against buying this.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great Cooler. Keeps things really, really cool. Not LN2 cool but pretty cool.
Cons: Sizing Issues. This is described as being 240mm in length...well it is actually longer than that. I have an Antec Large Gaming case with two rear 120mm fan slots and could not get this to fit. I'm not going to knock the cooler because of it, but I would advise that you look up your particular case and make sure that this cooler is known to fit. It's the radiator that is longer than 240mm. I think its most ideal location would be in a top-mount position.
Other Thoughts: I ordered the 120M model after my misadventure with this cooler. It's not the cooler's fault though. I failed to do my homework and just assumed this cooler would fit. I'd advise against this method. It's kinda lazy :) Anyway the 120M with dual fans is amazing. I keep my i7 oc'd to only 3.9 but my temp usually ranges from 11C to maybe 35C. Pros: 5 PCI-E slots, LN2 cooling option, slick looking and solidly built. Easy Install. I tried an array of crossfire and single GPUs out on this board. Everything worked well.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I probably should have gone with the LGA 1150 board, but it had been a while since I'd built an Intel machine and wanted to try the Ivy Bridge. With Intel chip, 16 gigs of 2400 GSKILL, and a Titan I've built a beast. I couldn't think of a mobo I'd want more serving as the foundation of it all. Keep it up ASUS.READ FULL REVIEW
