RAVPower Dynamo-On-the-Go RP-PB09 Super High Capacity Power Bank (7800mAh Capacity / 1A & 2A Dual USB Output) for iPod, iPhone, Smartphones, Digital Cameras, Tablets and E-Books

Pros: The unit arrived with 3 of 4 blue power indicator lights displayed when pressed. I subsequently charged the unit overnight, then over the next couple of weeks time frame, charged my iPhone 5 four times, each time from approximately 14% to full charge with each charge taking about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Note the charger will turn off when the iPhone is charged to about 96-98%, "so as to avoid overcharging." After the 4th charge of the iPhone, the RavPower still had 1 of 4 power indicator lights on, <25%.

Cons: After 3 hours on the charger, the RavPower power indicator lights increased from 1 to 3. I would think 3 hours would have been adequate for a complete recharge. So, I called RavPower customer service. Impressively, I was talking with a knowledgeable person immediately. She stated it would require a 10-hour recharge time, which I did. Product seems to work quite fine, despite the lengthy required recharge time.
It did appear the product might have been remanufactured as evidenced by the scratches on the top cover. However, after re-reading the reviews here and then peeling away the not immediately evident plastic film cover, the device then appeared quite new.

Other Thoughts: I've only used the 1st USB 1 amp output. I haven't tested the 2nd 2 amp USB output. Though I haven't had time to test this product long term, it appears quite solid out of the box anyway. Shell Shocker Deals with this priced at $25 with free shipping is a solid value

SYBA USB 3.0 (3+1) PCI-e Controller Card, Etron Chipset, Molex (IDE HD 4-pin) Built-in Model SY-PEX20135

Pros: Need to upgrade your computer to USB3.0? This one is a no-brainer. Card works great. I used the CD to install the drivers on Windows 7. To facilitate ease of use, I'm using a Lacie USB 3.0 extension cord from one of the 3.0 connectors on the card attached to a Lexar USB 3.0 UDMA 7 card reader sitting on top of the computer. Transfer speeds to computer with Lexar UDMA 7, 400X CF card are 72 mb/sec. With Sandisk Ultra Class 10 card rated at 30mb/sec, transfer speeds are 35mb/second.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Great USB 3.0 card at a great price, thank you New Egg! Three-year guarantee on the card!

Feit Electric NL6/LED Theatre Style LED Night Light

5 out of 5 eggs Great night lights 11/14/2012

This review is from: Feit Electric NL6/LED Theatre Style LED Night Light

Pros: I very much like these night lights. Very cool looking blue tinted, minature theatre style lights. Small form factor, the hinges are functional, sensor works quite well turning on and off when appropriate, minimimal electrical usage.

Cons: Not much to dislike about these except a brighter/dimmer switch would be an improvement. The brightness level is perfect for anywhere in the house except the bedroom, where these lights could be slightly dimmer.

Other Thoughts: I purchased three of these Daily Shellshocker. I'm going to purchase three more when they're on sale again, great little light and a good value when on sale.
