Low grade, for the unrepentant cheapskates
Pros: Can handle full size SD card, somewhat cheap for a Tegra 2 CPU, Camera is decent, actually has SIM card slot (might actually be 3G variety mislabeled as Wifi-only). Wifi is fairly sensitive, able to pick up signal that my laptop could not.
Cons: Screen is low quality, pixels are trying to demonstrate quantum theory (it looks like it's there, it looks like it isn't there). Battery has short life, need to recharge about 3 hours of use. Case material is the cheap-feeling variety of plastic.
Overall Review: Other than the Tegra 2 processor, and full-size SD card slot (which might save you $5), there's hardly any reason to buy this over something cheaper, or more expensive but with better/more features.
Surprisingly Good
Pros: Good water jet pressure, effective in getting between teeth, and strong enough to dislodge sticky substances from a variety of bathroom surfaces. Nice and portable
Cons: How the water is held in place (at full size) is potentially flimsy and requires some care to avoid a mess. Not for anyone lacking basic dexterity. Also, item came with only 1 nozzle (not the two that were promised, lost 2 egg). Panasonic can get it back by sending me the second nozzle, or maybe a dozen more.
Cheap for a reason
Pros: Cheap, decent material
Cons: After a few weeks, the parts holding the iPad in place starts to get fatigued, and part of the screen gets covered up by the case frame
