Pros: price seemed reasonble for a "trusted" brand name

Cons: I cloned my internal laptop HD to my new Sand Disk Extreme SDSSDX 480G and one was finished after 4 hours, it refused to boot. upon restart, I tried to wipe the drive and start again which would have been another 4 hour process, Apple's drive utility would not see the drive. I tried another enclosure and 2 other Mac Pro's. Seeing how I had all of my personal and business data cloned to a drive that was now dead. I had a huge problem. After 1.5 hours with Sandisks tech support in India, they setup an RMA and allowed me to destroy the drive to safeguard my data. It's now been 8 days, I am out $369 dollars and have no drive. Sandisk has not done anything I would consider reasonable to expedite getting me a new drive. I emailed this story to Newegg and got an automated response with an RMA number, ignoring my request to allowed to destroy the dead drive to safeguard data. I realize these things can happen with hard drives but I am extremely disappointed in SanDisk and New Egg's lack of attention on this. Despite spending hundreds of Dollars with them I will NEVER purchase another product from them or Sandisk. I am totally disappointed

Other Thoughts: this should have been handled better and I'd like a new drive in the next 24 hours.
