Pros: I've been using this drive mainly for my OS and games that I play frequently. I purchased the drive a little over 2 years ago and it's still running great. No slow downs or apparent drive failures of any kind. This company has earned my trust and I'll look to them for future purchases.
Cons: I wish the drive was this cheap when I first purchased it. Not a serious con.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Was a breath of fresh air when this drive was working. Boot time were amazing and my load screens were almost non existent. Easy to install and had no compatibility issues.
Cons: About 3 months after purchase my drive failed. I tried different cables and sata ports to eliminate all other possibilities, but I concluded that my drive has failed. Was in the middle of an app update and got a bsod. Drive was no longer seen in BIOS or windows explorer after that. It didn't come with a mounting bracket which was a slight inconvenience, but picking one up wasn't difficult at all. Had random crashes on itunes while using this drive as well. Not sure what was going on with that though.
Other Thoughts: Sending in an RMA tomorrow.
Asus p67 sabertooth Mobo
AMD 6950(unlocked to 6970)
8GB Gskill 1600 Memory
2 additional 1TB data drives
Intel i5 2500k @4.5GHz
Pros: Great cooling
Cons: Heard the shaders won't unlock, but that definitely doesn't warrant losing an egg since that wasn't intended in the first place
Other Thoughts: Already overclocked the card to MSI afterburners limit and am running a burn test. Temps haven't gone over 60 yet after an hour of 95-100% load. Have it at a core clock of 900MHz and a memory clock of 1325MHz. Replaced my 5830 that fedex broke during shipment so it's quite the upgrade. Will update this review if something goes wrong in the next few weeks.READ FULL REVIEW
