4 out of 5 eggs Good efficient, light and quiet mini PC, but a pain to set up 05/24/2016

This review is from: GIGABYTE BRIX GB-BSi3H-6100 (rev. 1.0) 2 x 204Pin SO-DIMM Intel HD Graphics 520 Gray Mini / Booksize Barebone System

Pros: - Displayport
- M.2 slot
- 2.5" 7mm/9mm HDD/SSD bay
- includes wifi and bluetooth module

Cons: A royal pain after installing fresh Windows (10), once you're finished installing Windows 10 you must download all the drivers off Gigabyte's site (or download it beforehand and store it on a flash stick) otherwise you'll run into some stability issues.

Other Thoughts: I picked this up for my wife to replace her old PC, she just plays Facebook games most of the time on it and it does the job for her, I threw in a Sandisk 128GB M.2 drive and 8GB Crucial DDR3L-1600 RAM and Windows 10 home and uses Microsoft Designer mouse and keyboard.

Pros: Works with Gigabyte BRIX GB-BSi3H-6100 (which only takes DDR3L sticks rather than DDR4).

Cons: None so far

Pros: -Exactly what i need for an i3/i5 low end system.
-The dual PCI-E x16 is a big plus for an H110 motherboard.
-Offers DDR3 and DDR4 memory access if you're transferring from an older system on a budget.
-BIOS navigation is super easy and beautiful in both easy and advanced modes.
-Offers USB3 patcher for Windows 7 installation.

Cons: -Some limitations compared to most rigs, only 4 SATA ports (my previous system used 4 drives and a DVD drive).
-No Nvidia SLI support, only supports AMD CrossfireX.
-No CPU overclocking capacity.
-Not enough case fan connectors.
-Must download drivers from ASRock site beforehand installing fresh Windows (drivers on CD are outdated).

Other Thoughts: Running with an i3 6100 and will get a Kaby Lake i5 later on, started with 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM and now 32GB DDR4-2133 running both Win 10 Pro and Debian GNU/Linux 8.
