1 out of 5 eggs GREAT SOUND! Terrible customer service, and terrible connection 10/26/2016

This review is from: Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone

Pros: Fantastic microphone/sound production and quality.
Great 7.1 Surround
When the headset works its the best I have ever owned

Purchasing this headset will give you nothing but trouble. GO INSTEAD BUY THE WIRED VERSION!
I have had this headset for just under a year this month and have already had to get a replacement due to the poor connection signal, and terrible software programming with this headset. The headset repeatedly cuts in and out has poor battery life, and is fragile. I sit less than two feet away from the wireless dongle and have no electronics near the receiver to muck connection quality and literally as I type this (mind you its plugged in via usb charging) The headset has cut in and out no less than 45 times......
When I talked to Logitech about getting a replacement I specifically requested they give me the WIRED version of this headset so I WILL NOT be plagued by the issues of the wireless version, and after they agreed to send me the WIRED version, when I go to check the mail what do I find? THE WIRELESS VERSION. This was 5 months ago, and the headset only lasted for about 2 of those months before once again having terrible battery life and terrible connection quality resulting in the headset losing connection shutting off over and over and over again.

These things are true even for other O/S I have used this headset on WIN7/8.1/10 and every time still had the same issues, with WIN10 losing surround sound features of the headset due to poor Logitech programming!...

-I have tried every single fix/tweak/config edit there is on the planet for this headset and all it does is prolong the inevitable....
throwing these @#$% things in the trash....

I own well over 6k in PC PARTS and have 3 Gaming PC's in my home and build computers as a hobby. Please please please.... do not buy this headset.... and Logitech support... thanks for lying and losing a customer for life!

Please don't just look at the 1 star rating and push me off. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY THIS.

WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX

Pros: Cheap!
When I purchased this is was $54 for 1tb!
Great Storage, and used mainly as a backup/secondary to my ssd.
If you plan on gaming, more specifically with BF4 expect long load times with this HDD, if BF4 is not on my SSD, It takes about 1~2minutes just to load the map. Could be just BF4 problem because all of my other games seem fine. But for the stingy here are some real world specs!

Pros: -Extremely Fast,
-Costs Less than I7 4770k and with little noted gaming performance (except for games that use hyper threading*)
-Great overclock for memory
-Game of chance how well yours will over clock. Can be lucky and get a (4.8 ghz chip)
-Best Intel Graphics Controller
-Fantastic Power Saving modes, make sure you pickup a Haswell compliant power supply to make use of this.
It will fetch email and social updates when asleep automatically once set up.

Cons: -Runs hot but that's Okay
-Can get a "dog" chip that will max at about 4.2 ghz before you hit your thermal cap with air/aio cooler
- Need to upgrade more parts to switch to it ie. Motherboard, Power supply, and even your memory in some cases.

Other Thoughts: Great bang for your buck.
Future-proof for awhile.
