This review is from: Sennheiser HD 202 II Over-Ear DJ Headphones
Pros: Good Bass (maybe a little to good at times)
Really good clarity on vocals.
Really good distinction on where a sound is coming from compared to you.
(This is what a gaming headset should sound like when it claims to give you surround sound to hear your enemies coming. When a zombie is coming up behind me through the grass on my right I know it's actually coming up behind me on my right.)
Cons: It has no mic on it.
It seems to be designed for people with smaller heads than I.
Other Thoughts: Gatta love the clarity on these. Do yourself a favor and get these over another overpriced gaming headset along with a lavalier mic.
(sorry if I spelled that wrong but I believe that is the correct name of the kind of mic I'm thinking of. =Dc)
This review is from: Sceptre X415BV-FMQR 40-Inch Full HD LED TV with MHL ROKU Ready
Pros: The component input is a major plus for me along with the 3 HDMI input.
Pretty good picture and sound once you play with the default settings a bit.
It swivels... 360 degrees of I will turn my tv however the frost I want AND play my game from bed.
Cons: Component input can not go below 480p.
(What this really means is if you purchased this TV for console gaming with component cables any game that is 240p won't work.
Disgaea, Phantom Brave, and Ico to name a few. These games can still be played with composite cables mind you as this TV will accept a 240p signal with those cables it will just look like dirt compared to what it could be with component.)
Other Thoughts: This is a pretty good TV and overall I really love it. Since I purchased this as a gaming TV for my bedroom I'm a little let down that there are some games I can not play outside of using composite cables but unless you happen to be a Disgaea fan or don't have a PS3 to play your PS1 games on it shouldn't be a problem. I have seen better sound and color before but it came at triple the price tag so take that into mind when you buy this TV. I won't tell you this is the best TV in the world you could get but I will tell you it's one of the better ones for the price considering how many TVs can't take a 240p signal at all, lack both composite and component hookups, or don't come with as many HDMI slots etc. Unlike some models this one does have VGA input so there is that if you want to use the Dreamcast VGA cable/box etc to enhance the looks.
P.S. If the lack of 240p retro-gaming via component really bothers you get one of the 49inch Toshiba TVs with component input. They will work with any 240i or 240p games and look better than composite despite being on such a large screen. Happy gaming!
This review is from: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0
Pros: The near perfect size at a near perfect price.
Hassle free alterations. (I love not needing a toolbox)
Very nice design.
Cons: The fans don't last. Within 4 months of getting this I had to replace a fan. Then as of last year one of the front fans started to make a horrible noise and I had to stop using it and now the second front fan is pulling the same sort of stunt. I've barely had this case for 2 years and am already about it be on my 3rd fan replacement.. they could have built this to last a little better.
Other Thoughts: Even with the fan defects I'm still happy with my purchase for the most part I have one thing and one thing only to say... front loaded HDD cages... being able to have as many internal hard drives as I please? I don't hate it.READ FULL REVIEW
