Pros: Overclocks like a charm.
5ghz stable on AIO no problem
Reasonable temps (although up a bit from 6700k from what I've seen)
About 950 score in cinabench at stock. 5ghz is over 1025 somewhere
Other Thoughts: It works! If you've been looking at this you already know how it should be performing etc... performs how it says!
I'm sure if you're looking at this you know all the speculations about no upgrade from i7 6700k...
That's not necessarily the truth as z270 chipset has some neat features and upgrades.

Pros: First off, this thing is really good looking. If you're buying this, I'm sure some of it has something to do with looks.
The RGB's aren't extremely bright but they have unlimited customization to them.
LED Code readout is nice, along with troubleshooting lights.
BIOS has all the features for overclockers and easy mode for beginners too.
Plenty of fan headers (5 standard)
Cons: POST takes a little longer than I like on startup... Nothing awful, just 5-10 seconds sometimes max.
Had issues with RAM slots not working at first. I shuffled the configurations around a few times with 2 DDR4 3000mhz 2x8 GB and set voltages and speeds and it worked fine after awhile...
A little expensive but maximus mobos are worth it
Pros: A very great product that works exactly as advertised with no delay. I record my ps3 with this along with my pc and it has great quality.
Cons: Records 1080i for component.
