EVGA GeForce GTX 260 DirectX 10 896-P3-1260-AR 896MB 448-Bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Price, performance - can handle any game out there

Cons: This card is HUGE, as indicated by some of the other reviews, you may have some problems fitting this into your case. It does fit into my mid tower case without modding the case, but BARELY.

Other Thoughts: Crysis on maximum settings on 1440x900 resolution only runs at around 17-18 fps, but murders any other game on maximum settings. I almost want to buy another one of these to SLI to run crysis maximum settings at a more playable FPS.

Kingston 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Laptop Memory Model KVR800D2S6/2G
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: No problems with installation, works as advertised.

Cons: None (RAM isn't very exciting)

Other Thoughts: Used this to upgrade from 1 gb (2x 512) to 2.5 gb total. Vista really eats up your resources.

HAMMER Morespace 1TB USB 2.0 3.5
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Nearly silent, runs very cool, lots of space, still working great after 1 year

Cons: There's this energy saver mode build in that I can't seem to get rid of, so if you leave it on for a while it'll go to some kind of sleep mode and it'll take a few seconds to start up again when you use it. A very minor inconvenience

Other Thoughts: Had to format to NTFS before using, friend made the mistake of leaving it FAT32 and he couldn't store larger files on there
