Pros: Small, Lightweight, Decent Battery life, Bluetooth

Cons: Can't find parts anywhere, slow, freezes, ASUS customer support, doesn't have Windows 8 PRO We bought this to test out the Windows 8 Tablets. First glance it was neat. It has Windows 8, not Windows 8 RT, and not Windows 8 Professional. Had to pay an additional $100 in order to upgrade it. It freezes all the time and it is very slow. User dropped it and broke the digitizer only and not the LCD. I searched high and low on google, and no one stocks it any longer. ASUS is getting out of the tablet business, and that may be why no one can get it. As a last restort, I called ASUS. They said they do not sell only the digitizer, but rather as a whole LCD display, and it was $150 +$10 shipping. I let the boss know, he said to fix it. I called them back today to order the part AFTER I pulled it apart already, and they told me they will NOT sell the parts alone, we HAVE to send it in if we want it fixed, and labor on it was $75 not including the shipping to them, pushing to around $235 to repair the tablet. This is outrageous to pay to fix a dang digitizer.... If you want to access parts in case it gets dropped, don't buy an ASUS.

Overall Review: Wouldn't recommend this tablet at all...go for a different one...check out to see if parts are available through a 3rd party before buying one.
