4 out of 5 eggs So far so good 03/24/2013

This review is from: Tt eSPORTS KB-KNK008US KNUCKER Plunger Keyboard

Pros: The keyboard sits up well, is sturdy made and heavier than average. The keys have a mechanical feel but are not as loud as most mechanical keyboards. Comes with a nifty little plunger to help lift the keys and replace them with "pack in" red gamer keys for the arrows and arrow letters.

Cons: The keys aren't illuminated, but the blue/black contrast is easy on the eyes and picks up well in low lighting. Again this isn't a mechanical keyboard but I read it uses "tactile" which is almost as good as mechanical. Also the only thing that really makes this a "gaming" keyboard are the alternate color arrow keys and arrow letters (W,A,S,D.), and the ttesports logos give it a gamer appeal. There aren't any extra gamer keys for re-programming either.

Other Thoughts: This is a solid keyboard over-all. Again it is sturdy with a good weight to it, the wrist bar is a good size, and it props up to a good height. This keyboard took no time at all to get used to and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone using this outside of a professional setting. I owned a TTesports mouse before I got the keyboard and the look very good in combination together, and again you can't really beat the price. This keyboard is the next best thing to a mechanical keyboard. As I write this I spilled a good portion of coke onto it and wanted to see how much it would cost to buy another. But in the time I have typed this I think it cleaned up well and it was easy to remove and clean the keys even without the plunger.
