Pros: I installed this on a clients house.
Tech support DOES respond to email and call, good tech support. I think they're swamped with the uptick in new clients, so getting immediate response may not happen during holidays.
2mp cams are good for home. The infrared is like the other 2mps (30 Leds) I've had, all depends on each cam location and it's surrounding object depts.
I added a Hickvision 4mp cam to this unit. Had to alter it's ip and gateway to fit the system (Default gateway for system cam is 192.168.254.1). Adjust third party cams IP and Gateway to system, may or may not need to plug power to cam and set up through router initially.
Software of NVR is decent. Privacy masking, motion grid is very adjustable.
1 fan in unit, mounted in power supply. Fan noise is light. A lot lighter than my current GW system .... ugghh.
Cons: Not really anything lacking.
Windows UI live view offers same size cam grid views, I'd like to see the 5 camera grid with one cam being larger than the other cams. They have that view on the NVR UI.
Other Thoughts: For $300 beans, this is a fantastic unit. Home security systems business is starting to become mainstream/more common. This system is one of the better buys going, for all you get with it.READ FULL REVIEW

This review is from: ZALMAN CPU Cooler CNPS9700 NT [LGA775/FM/AM/940/939/754]
Pros: Great fan! 7+ years running. It has had 4 different chips under it :
Phenom 9850 Black
Phenom II x4 940 Black
Phenom II x6 1090T Black
AMD FX-8350 Black
Cons: Bought mine for $50 from Newegg in 2008.
Interesting price "adjustment"
Other Thoughts: Not sure how anyone could pay this amount of money for a $50 cooler.
Great fan though.
