Pros: Truely wireless, local storage and free 7 days of cloud storage
Cons: Support is extremely slow to follow up. One of my cameras was DOA and they were quick to send a replacement, which also seems to be defective and triggers every minute or so for no reason... I've been waiting for almost two weeks to recieve the return lable for the first one, and about a week and a half for a better follow up on the second.. They seem to default to removing the battery for 2 minutes and removing/readding it to the system but cant seem to provide troubleshooting steps beyond that... It seems responses are several days apart and that makes it frustrating when they respond by repeating the same instuctions you've already tried. There is a bit of a delay when live-viewing through the cameras that makes the two-way audio almost unusable, but it's nice that they record. Needs better options for configuring push notifications. You either get too many or none at all.
Other Thoughts: Overall it would be great if their support would step it up a bit.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: HP EliteBook 2760p Multi-touch Tablet PC - Intel i7 2620M Processor (2.7 GHz, up to 3.4 GHz Turbo Boost), 4 GB RAM, 160 GB Intel SSD, Webcam, 3G, Win 7 Pro - Fast and Ready for Win 10
Pros: Overall I'm happy with my purchase. It took an entire day to set up after the windows 10 upgrade failed, leaving me with no operating system found, and with no optical drive It wasn't exactly simple to get it running again but Now that I've updated the OS and maxed out it's RAM at 16GB this is a really, REALLY fast little machine :) This is a sturdy little convertible with pressure sensitive stylus input that I intend to use as an art-pad and seems it will fulfill that purpose just fine, once I replace the spent battery it came with..
Cons: The one major disappointment is that it didn't come with a new battery, and the one it did come with doesn't even last an hour on a full charge. Additionally, there was a loose screw rattling around inside the chassis that was easy enough to relocate where it belonged.
Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for, but it was mostly still worth it in this case... I really hope they're willing to do something about the worn-out battery they shipped it with... but at the same time, i'd be afraid they'd just send me another used/unreliable one.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Kinda works... streams ok anyways, and picture isn't too awful.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Cons: software and web UI are extremely buggy... kinda want to say their just broken.
The IE page doesn't work at all, and download link (for the IE plugin) isn't even click-able - but does ok-ish in firefox.
Only seems to work for half of the time it's armed for motion detection. Have to set a separate "event" schedule for before and after midnight - never seems to work after midnight even though its set to motion detect/record and has several log entries listed in the web UI, but it didn't record or snap anything...
The field to select storage location in the Web UI does nothing when clicked along with several other buttons that control basic functions between the Web UI and the IPC Monitor software... if it doesn't work in one, it tends to work in the other though...
settings changed in the IPCMonitor software don't show on the Web UI...
Other Thoughts: Hopefully they update their software soon, seems ancient and these issues may be partly due to using windows 8.1READ FULL REVIEW
