This review is from: Aosom Rolling Portable Tiltable Laptop Tray Desk
Pros: Solid materials, all parts clearly are clearly labeled. Engineered so that you can use the laptop on right or left or can be reversed if you're left handed like me. Easy to set up. Includes to small tools. Looks very smart.
Cons: No instructions which laptop tray went on which side. I of course guessed wrong the first time. Only took about 10 minutes to correct. Not designed to allow use of laptop cooler unless you want the tray fairly flat. Needs a safety strap or clamp.
Other Thoughts: Front of my laptop is beveled so it "could" slide up from a strong jolt I'm guessing. It would be good if there was some kind of safety strap or clamps. Also I'd love an optional bin installed on the stem under the tray to hold USB devices, and other computer accessories.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Seagate STAM2000100 2TB GoFlex Home Network Storage System
Pros: I don't normally rate items but when I saw the low eggs on this product I have to say that I've used mine for 2 or 3 years and find it fantastic. I use mine with a laser printer attached. I can access my data over the Internet from any computer or even my phone.
Cons: None really. I'm not sure if the current version are still USB 2.0 or not, if not 3.0 should be an upgrade.
Other Thoughts: A second USB port would be great allowing the user to add an additional drive and a printer (or two drives).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Small form factor that easily fits.
Cons: It only has one "line" of connectors for IDE hard drives and CD-Roms. So 4 units is your max unless you purchase splitters. This unit is rated at 418 peak voltage. I believe the continuous voltage to be much less. In fact it states either 215 or 230 on the unit. I can't remember which.
Other Thoughts: My new video card arrived in a damaged package. I do not now know if the power supply is not kicking out enough power for the ATI x1600 video or if the card itself is defective. Since I don't have confidence in this unit I would not advise purchasing it.READ FULL REVIEW
