Pros: This SSD is fast. What else is there to say?
I have noticed substantial improvement to my PC's performance since the installation of this drive. I am glad that I spent the money to add this an easy upgrade.
Cons: The Samsung Drive "Magician" Utility asks to be allowed to start every time I log in to my PC. It has gotten a bit annoying; I would really like to see it start up without requiring approval.
Other Thoughts: If I had more money at the time of my build, I think I would've sprung for a larger SSD, or a second SSD. I'm really pleased with this drive, and I wish that I was able to get rid of my old mechanical HDD altogether.
I suppose that just means I've got something to upgrade in the not-to-distant future!
Pros: This video card has exceeded my expectations. I've played a few games on it, all at "Ultra" display settings with a resolution of 1920x1080. This card has handled it beautifully, putting out very acceptable fps.
Cons: While not a significant issue, this card did not line up exactly right (it was off by about a 1/16 of an inch) with the PCI-E slot when my MoBo had been mounted. I had to use a little more force than I would've liked, pushing it toward the back of the case, in order to install it.
Other Thoughts: While I do wish that I had purchased a card with a bit more DDR5, I have been really pleased with the R9 270's performance thus far.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill RDRD-11003 2.5" SSD / HDD Mounting Kit for 3.5" Drive Bay with 60 mm Fan
Pros: Easily mounted my 2.5" SSD.
Good metal constuction.
Cons: While my 2.5" SSD fit into this adapter like a glove, with all screw holes lining up exactly, this ROSEWILL adapter was not able to be mounted into my ROSEWILL THOR V2 case's 3.5" mounting bay. None of the screw holes lined up properly.
Fortunately, the 3.5" bay had some screw slots which matched my 2.5" SSD, and I was able to remove the SSD from the adapter and install it directly into the 3.5" bay.
Other Thoughts: While fairly well designed, the adapter simply needs some screw holes added to the bottom side of the adapter. This would allow the adapter to be mounted from the bottom, into a 3.5" bay.READ FULL REVIEW
