BIOSTAR TA970 Ver. 5.3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: -works
-good size
-an average mobo

Cons: -went bad after about a year and a half
-Came with the Ethernet port not working
-only has two fan ports

Other Thoughts: Just buckle down and pay more for a better board. You won't regret it, yes this one works and gets the job you need done for a while, but when it comes to reliability this is something I would suggest you stay away from.

  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: -Cheap
-worked while it lasted

Cons: -weak signal
-went bad after about a year and a half
-looses signal often

Other Thoughts: I would suggest paying more to get a better card , it would be worth the investment. I only got this since i was desperate and on a budget, but i highly recommend you buckle down and find a way to connect an Ethernet cable directly, or just buy a better quality card.
