Pros: NewEgg service was excellent--right on time. Product was packed well.
Cons: Wireless was not operational at startup. Would not detect a signal. Manual absolute junk. Took 2 days to get email reply from Acer. Email reply was useless as it made no attempt to resolve problem...told me to call 800 number and try new firmware in my router. Arrogant. Telephone people are helpful. Am now waiting for new board. While waiting for new board, I was advised by Acer to try to remove and replace the board as this tech had found that can often resolve the problem. Did it. Now computer won't even boot. Called tech again and it appears that charger has failed--green light blinks. Sounds like shoddy parts. New charger enroute. Probably going to end up shipping machine back to Acer.
Other Thoughts: No one is getting paid for this machine until it works. I thought NewEgg sold quality goods and as a good NewEgg customer, I am very disappointed.READ FULL REVIEW
