This review is from: EDIMAX N150 (BR-6258nL) Wireless Personal Hotspot & Travel Router IEEE 802.11b/g/n
Pros: Small and super simple hardware.
Great for creating mobile WiFi viz USB battery. USB Tether apps can share your Cell Phone connection with a tablet, but almost all Android devices won't use Bluetooth for data proxy unless a valid WiFi is connected also. This works perfect for this and sharing a real Ethernet wired connection.
Cons: Setup is not great if you don't know what you are doing.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great Capacity, nice design. Good Price, as it was a shell shocker deal.
Cons: A little heavy, but it's a big battery, duh. LOL WON'T HONOR WARRANTY
Other Thoughts: I have been using this for a few weeks and it has charged my cell phone 3-4 times before it is dead. Also has charged my Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 battery from 40% to full and still had 2 blue lights on the battery. Happy so far!
1/9/16 - Was using my battery to charge my tablet. Charged for about 5 minutes and then DEAD. Tried to charge it and all lights just blink. Doesn't last even for the warranty period. Shame, as I was very happy till now. Guess I will go with a different brand from now one and won't recommend them anymore.
Pros: Great price, came with combo 8gb Ram. PCI slots, lots of SATA ports
Cons: Ram didn't work, very picky with any ram.
SATA drives would not run AHCI mode for SSD, both samsungs and a corsair said the same thing and wouldn't run ahci. BIOS said it was on, but software stated otherwise.
Other Thoughts: I thought it would be a great board. RAM issues from the get go. Used a FX-6350 125W and could never over clock it without blue screen issues. As others have stated about the 125W issues (VRM's are cheaply made and overheat), seems that they changed the specs of the board after many people purchased.
AVOID ASROCK, not a quality product. After replacing the MoBo with a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 and spending 2 hours with Microsoft explaining why I needed to reactivate my Win7 serial due to a cheap board. All is well now.
