This review is from: Linksys CM3024 DOCSIS 3.0 (24 x 8) Cable Modem
Pros: Set up was simple and easy, nothing difficult about it, except calling the cable company to switch out modems,
Speed of the modem is up to 960mps, my original speed was 70mbps on my Motorola surfboard modem, after installing the Linksys, my speed was slightly faster at 77mbps. Product looks modern and compliments my Linksys router that it hooks up too.
Cons: What I really did not like about the modem is how hot it runs seems hotter than it should be which could eventually lead to component failure.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: TP-LINK TC-7610-E DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem (Easy-open package)
Pros: Love the product. Set up was easy and it works really well. Once I unboxed the modem, I contacted my ISP, gave them the MAC Address, and *voila* up and ready to go. My ISP gives me 60 mbps download and about 5 mbps upload speed, however with this product, I was able to reach higher upload speeds than provisioned from my ISP. Extremely satisfied.

This review is from: TP-LINK TC-W7960 N300 DOCSIS 3.0 (8x4) Wireless Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router
Pros: pleasantly surprised at how nice this modem is for the price point. very pleased with how fast I was up and running with a quick phone call to Comcast. I'm right at the limit with this modems max speed handle. its smaller and looks nicer than what Comcast provides. consistent speeds of 165mps which is what I was getting before so its a plus for me. not really interested in the WiFi part as I have my own router. WiFi signal is a bit lacking but then again I have cinder block walls. USB port is a nice bonus for printer or HDD add-on.
Cons: would have to be reset a few times.READ FULL REVIEW
