Pros: I think I choose the right ram for my skills, now a days you would have to be very smart to adjust ram. I just read a comment from someone who bought 3000 speed and said that memory 3000+ is dependent on the memory controller on the cpu and not reflective of XMP profiles. That means you get stuck having to figure it out and that can be difficult. This ram is easy, it is four modules matched and my Asus A II can boost the heck out of speed if I needed it.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you install one at a time doing memtest. I also like the intel burn test after 6 iterations of memtest, that take about 6 hours after all 4 are installed. Either set your XMP or I always set my timings per lowest spec first which is 16-17-17-36 -2T command rate. And this is for 1.2 volts setting you should set. I like the idea that if ram will run at 1.2 and can be run at 1.35(this add does not say that but my motherboard does), then the ram chips themselves are running at a leisurely pace, which means less heat and power if you need it.READ FULL REVIEW

Cons: get your own heatsinks
