Would by again
Pros: Relatively quiet - I would not keep it on my desk though. Worked smoothly with two 3GB seagate HDs (Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 ST3000DM001) - Those get poor reviews but they have done well for me in this RAID backup. Both USB 3.0 and eSata connection. I had slightly better results with USB 3.0 but I think that is a limit of my mainboard (eSata 3Gb/s) This worked connected to my router via USB, ASUS RT-N56U @ 12MB/S, and also to Netgear NIght hawk @ 20-25MB/s over a wired 1Gb/s connection. Although with the netgear router I would have issues of folders and files not being able to be read. When connected directly to PC this never happened. It has worked out well for me, esp for the price. I would buy it again. There are certainly better ones out there but I couldn't find any that were cheaper at the time.
Cons: The case fan initially blew outward, I swapped it around to blow inward for a positive pressure system. I have yet to have problems with the power supply that other reviewers note. AFter reading all the problems with the Power supply, I am going to stick with only these two disks as to not put too much stress on the PS.
Overall Review: via esata cable and two 3GB seagate HD in RAID 1 : HD Tune: H/W RAID1 Benchmark Transfer Rate Minimum : 127.3 MB/sec Transfer Rate Maximum : 150.3 MB/sec Transfer Rate Average : 137.8 MB/sec Access Time : 11.4 ms Burst Rate : 113.3 MB/sec CPU Usage : -1.0% I purchased this item on sale in Dec 2012. I am surprised it has not come down in price. Supplied USB 3 cable is 4 ft long.
Looks cool.
Pros: Heavy. Clasp relatively easy to use. Looks "cool". Many of my colleagues commented that I look "gangsta".
Cons: Small link holding clasp on is weak and stretched. THe necklace fell off of my neck more than once. Could have lost it.
Fast as expected
Pros: Noticeable improvement in response time and start up when used with a SATAII connection as windows 7 startup drive. Runs just as fast as when I installed it 8 months ago.
Cons: Power consumption is much higher than some other brands. This is only 120GB so I'm using other drives for storage and pagefile.

Works Great but I'm unable to test its max speed
Pros: Worked immediately with Asus M4A79xtd EVO & PhenomII 555 unlocked to 4 cores. Of course the BIOS settings needed to be adjusted to changed the default 1333Mhz up to the desired. My motherboard can only handle 1866 Mhz which this RAM did with cas latency of 10. I currently run at 1460Mhz, 8-9-8-24-33-2T at 1.6V, this is due to limitations of my mainboard. WEI of 7.6 or 7.7 pending settings.
Cons: RAM Heatsinks abut the Hyper 212 heatsink but everything fits.

Does its job
Pros: Reasonable price compared to Walk in stores. NO problems.
Cons: None.
Pros: Quiet enough. Plenty of room.
Cons: None.
