Pros: I have several of these. This one I just purchased when I saw it pop up for a blackfriday special. Great. 4 POE, 4 non POE. These work great for IP cameras that use POE power. I usually limit to 2-3 per hub because of the wattage draw. I have been using them to replace smaller 4 port hubs, or replace the wall warts from all the IP cameras. Yeah this still has a wall wart plug, but i can condense down 2-3 of them to 1 and its worth it for space.
Cons: none except they could have maybe a tad more output max power for the 4 ports. Never maxed them out but a bit more wouldn't hurt... i like overhead.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Trash talk all you want. Set this up and forget it. I have set up dozens of these for family as the resident IT guy. I don't care if they are a mac or windows house, if I have to support them for stuff, this wifi hub is what I set up. I cannot think of a single one I have installed that I have had a problem with. I love that you set up one network (if you want) and devices get to choose if they can support 5ghz or 2.4ghz. The PC laptops my family have see both and I just have them connect to whichever they get the best signal from (usually the 5ghz one). On mac devices they only show one, regardless of whether they support 5ghz or 2.4. I have a black knight, I have a netgear, I have ciscos around too. They are all more configurable, but for my family, I don't care about creative vpn's or bandwidth controlling... i want it to work all day, every day with no issues.
Cons: Not the fastest, not the cheapest but it works every time.
Other Thoughts: If my own office didn't require a QOS router for wifi I would be using an airport extreme, but sadly our VOIP wireless phones do so I use a black knight for it. I may get an extra one of these and just try it out even without QOS for the VOIP phones and see if there is any service issue.READ FULL REVIEW
