GIGABYTE P35Gv2-CF1 15.6

Pros: Thin, light, hardware, the extra HDD port and removable DVD drive is very clever.

Cons: Bad batt life, gets hot.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a mobile work station since it has better hardware than a mac pro and is cheaper. I am a graphic designer and run all the adobe creative suite programs very smoothly. i also do some minor gaming but nothing super intense. it is noisy but i use big DJ headphones so it doesn't bother me. it's slim and light and discreet and has good hardware, it's what i was looking for and executes what i expect of it.

Pros: Everything. Great picture, excellent viewing angle, even the sound is good. I'm spoiled that my first flat screen TV is a smart TV, it's connectivity to the internet is a really really nice convenience.

Can't tell it's a refurb, came in the original packaging. Only "flaw" is a very small chip on the back of the stand. Everything arrived as it was new.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: 330$ for a 39 inch smart true HD tv? That's also a great brand? It's a steal. 39" is perfect for me, it may be small by other people's standards but if you're sitting <10 feet away from your TV it's a perfect size.

INTEX Twin Supreme Air Flow Bed Raised Airbed Mattress & Pump

Pros: first ever inflatable mattress. I got it for my college apartment because I wasn't satisfied with the futon I used last year. I got this baby for 70$ + free shipping. Fits all my standard sheets, inflates quickly and holds pressure very good, easily adjustable. Feels like a real bed. I highly reccomend it to any college student who doesn't have the means or the money for a real bed. Highly maneuverable, too. Just pick the sucker up and move it around wherever you want. Very satisfied.

Cons: none so far
