Pros: Easy and very effective thermal paste.
Cons: No real cons, read other thoughts.
Other Thoughts: There are more effective thermal paste out there but most of them are harder to apply. A less effective thermal paste in regards to transfert the heat from the processor to the heatsink or watercooling copper base would give better temp results than the more effective one if you don't spread the harder one to apply thermal paste at his best position, quantity, etc.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I'm a Asus fan, always been an Asus motherboard user but on Z97 they weren't able to deliver to meet my needs. PLX chip to get most of my graphics cards as I can through PCI-lanes, The PLX chip on this board is cooled by the massive heatsink while Asus PLX chip have no heatsink making the chip goes higher in temperatures. optional 6 and 8 pins connectors to get more power from my power supply for better overclocking. Really solid components used to make the board and get very stable experience, overclocking and performance. I prefered mSATA over M.2 because mSATA don't draw PCI-Express potential from my graphic cards.
Cons: I prefered the Asus softwares and color scheme.
Other Thoughts: I chose this motherboard over Maximus VII Hero and Maximus VII Formula for performance, stability and hardware features.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The best fans I've found, better than Corsair ones but with some warning to be aware of listed in cons.
Cons: The Jet Flo draw more power, require 4 pins connectors and make more noise.
Other Thoughts: Corsair ones use 3 pin, are more silent but if you can accept the noise from Jet Flo fans or you can manage to set them at specific RPM using somekind of 4 pins fans controllers, you will get the best cooling fans performance I've found, for airflow (instake, exhaust) AND for radiator cooling. Two resistance adaptor are inluded with each Jet Flo fans which help to get 2 specific RPM range which are 1200rpm and 1600rpm if I remember well.READ FULL REVIEW
