Pros: Good price for 500 g these days

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: arrived in nice factory sealed bag and box . pluged it in now working fine . manufacture date was about 7 months ago ( aug 2011 ) seemed a little odd ( thought there was a shortage ) but no problems works as advertised

Pros: Low power use , good graphics

Cons: 2.1 ghz seems kinda slow doesnt it ...

Other Thoughts: Bought this APU to buid a low wattage computer mostly to be used for watching netfix and hulu plus . now its paired with an FSP 400 watt 80 plus gold PSU and a biostar a 55mh main board and 2 x 2 g 1866 ram , dvd drive and 2 fans . Drawing 28 watts at the plug in running netflix thru HDMI . scores a 6.3 on the CPU rating and 6.6 6.6 on the graphics on WEI rating ! got a gt 430 card that gets a 6.7 and a 5670 that scores a 7.0 so im pretty happy with the 6.6 video rating on this APU

This review is from: BIOSTAR A55MH FM1 AMD A55 (Hudson D2) HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Low cost , it works .

Cons: needs a BIOS update to run 1866 memory @ 1866

Other Thoughts: So i purchased this fm1 board to go with an a6-3500 APU wanting to build a new low cost , and low wattage computer as possible ( and still be useful ). this motherboard was listed as able to run 1866 ddr so i went out of my way to make sure thats what i put in it . ( 2 X 2 gb 1866 ) . so i build the computer and turn it on 4 the 1st time it comes right on no problem but ofcourse its set to 1333 so in to the BIOS we go , find the settings and change to 1866 and auto , save and restart and beep code no start . after fighting with it awhile and trying manual settings it would only work at 1600 or 1333 . turns out there is a known issue with this and a BIOS update to fix it . Only to be found at ! the tw is important btw . so i would suggest to u all buying this to leave it set at 1333 install windows then update Bios and then set to 1866 auto and u will avoid this problem . now its running great and drawing only 28 watts while watching netflix !
