Pros: I saw no pros on this product except for the price it was being offerred and after having used it, I understood the reason for its price.
Cons: The laptop started giving me problem from the second week. It screen got stuck while I was doing my office work and I had to restart the pc losing my one hour of work. The battery notified me on week 3 about critically low, consider changing your battery warning. I had to use it like a desktop for that day by plugging it to a power source. And the screen freeze happened two more times on the fourth week and I recorded that to show it to newegg people what defective pieces are on sale on the site. The product description did not say it was a refurbished piece but worked worse than that. On top of this when I called Newegg for a refund they said I can only get replacement or store credit. Here's the cache now - Replacement I asked are u kidding me ? I will never buy a Dell again. Store credit has hitches - if you do not have the packing they will keep 15% of the price. Can you believe that 15% !! Luckily I'm a hoarder and dont throw stuff away. But I am very very unsatisfied with Dell.
Other Thoughts: These are lessons learnt: 1) Read the policies (Refund, Store Credit, Keep Packaging etc etc) (2) Don't buy Dell (3) Don't buy laptops because of low price on cyber monday deals (4) Newegg simply did not give me the customer experience when I explained I did not like any product on their site since I want to buy a mac book and get rid of the head ache but I'm stuck with store credit which Im still waiting to receiveREAD FULL REVIEW
