Does the Program guarantee the lowest price on the market?
The Program guarantees that our customers will get the lowest price on Newegg.com for products with a "FantasTech Price Protection" badge on the product page. The product must be sold and shipped by Newegg.com and purchased between September 28th through October 4th, 2026.
Do I have to constantly check the price of the product that I purchased at Newegg to learn if you guys have lowered the price?
To provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between September 28th through October 4th, 2026. If after your purchase that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.com on or before October 11th, 2026, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by October 21st, 2026.
Does the FantasTech Price Protection Program apply to lower prices found on other websites?
No. The Program only applies to eligible products sold on Newegg.com that display the FantasTech Price Protection badge. It does not apply to prices promoted on other websites.
If the price of a product is lowered twice, am I going to receive two automatic refunds?
One lump sum will be automatically refunded to the original payment method by October 21st, 2026. No further action is needed on your part.
How long does it take to get refunded if the price of a product is lowered?
Our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between September 28th through October 4th, 2026. If after your purchase that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.com on or before October 11th, 2026 Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by October 21st, 2026.

Is my product still eligible for return after I receive the automatic refund?
Yes. The automatic refund from this Program will not affect the return eligibility of your order.
Will the automatic refund alter the return window of my purchase?
The automatic refund from this Program will not alter your return window for the eligible product(s).
