What’s the difference between Home Tech Protect and Gamer Zone Elite?

Home Tech Protect protects unlimited eligible devices throughout your home for $19.99/month. Gamer Zone Elite protects up to 10 eligible devices for $9.99/month, including gaming computers, consoles, monitors, headsets, microphones and other eligible tech.

Which devices are eligible, and where can they be purchased?

Eligible technology may include computers and components, gaming systems and accessories, TVs and audio equipment, smart home devices, wearables and more. Devices can be purchased from Newegg or another retailer, as long as they were purchased within the last three years and meet the plan requirements. When does coverage begin, and do I need to register my devices?

Both plans have a 30-day waiting period. You’ll also need to register eligible devices before filing a claim. After enrolling, sign in to your online account to register your devices and manage your plan.

What processing fees and claim limits apply?

Gamer Zone Elite has an annual claim limit of up to $10,000. Home Tech Protect has an annual claim limit of up to $15,000. Review the plan details to see which processing fee and other limits apply at protect.likewize.com/newegg.

How am I billed, and how do I cancel?

Your plan is billed monthly through Newegg using the payment method connected to your enrollment.
You can manage or cancel your plan through your Newegg account.
