Notify the seller within 15 days of receiving the product. Sellers know their business best and they will try to resolve the issue within 2 days of your notice.

Open a case for Newegg to review
You will be eligible to open a case 48 hours after sending the original help request message. Once a case has been opened, Newegg will review it within 5 days.

We’ll help you reach a resolution
If your order is eligible for Newegg Marketplace Purchase Protection, you‘ll be refunded for your purchase.
